唐山開(kāi)灤炭素化工有限公司（TKCC）位于河北省唐山市海港經(jīng)濟開(kāi)發(fā)區，為開(kāi)灤能源化工股份有限公司下屬科技型國有企業(yè)。前身是由開(kāi)灤能源化工股份有限公司、考伯斯毛里求斯公司、河鋼股份有限公司于2007年共同出資組建的唐山考伯斯開(kāi)灤炭素化工有限公司（中外合資企業(yè)），2016年因考伯斯在華業(yè)務(wù)調整，開(kāi)灤股份收購考伯斯持有公司的全部股權，2017年1月公司正式更名為唐山開(kāi)灤炭素化工有限公司，占地250余畝，注冊資本22011萬(wàn)元人民幣，股東為開(kāi)灤能源化工股份有限公司（占股94.7%）、河鋼股份有限公司（占股5.3%）。公司主要從事煤焦油深加工業(yè)務(wù)，2009年建成投產(chǎn)30萬(wàn)噸/年煤焦油加工裝置一套，2022年建成投產(chǎn)4000噸/年碳微球裝置一套，2024年建成投產(chǎn)4萬(wàn)噸/年苯酐裝置一套，生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平領(lǐng)先、安全高效、節能環(huán)保，是開(kāi)灤京唐港煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的重要組成部分。

Tangshan Kailuan Carbon Chemical Co., Ltd. (TKCC) is located in Haigang Economic Development Zone, Tangshan, Hebei Province, which is a science and technology oriented state-owned enterprise subordinated by Kailuan Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. TKCC was previously called Tangshan Koppers Kailuan Carbon Chemical Co., Ltd. (joint venture), jointly established by Kailuan Energy Chemical Co., Ltd.(KEC),  Koppers Mauritius and Hebei Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (HBIS) in 2007. Due to Koppers business adjustment in China in 2016, KEC acquired Koppers’ all equity, and then the joint venture was officially renamed as Tangshan Kailuan Carbon Chemical Co., Ltd. in January 2017. TKCC covers an area of over 250 mu with registered capital of RMB220.11 million. The shareholders are Kailuan Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (94.7%) and Hebei Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (5.3%) respectively. TKCC is engaged in coal tar processing buiness, with a 300,000 t/a coal tar processing capacity operated in 2009, a 4,000t/a carbon microsphere capacity operated in 2022, and a 40,000 t/a phthalic anhydride capacity in 2024. TKCC is running with leading production technology, which is safety oiented, efficient, and energy-saving, environment friendly. It is an integral part of Kailuan Jingtang Port coal chemical industry chain.
